EMail archiving
With email being a critical component to business communication, an email archiving solution should be seriously considered.
Over time the quantity of email stored on your computers will increase to the stage where it gets too large to remain in a single location on the email server. E-mail delivery will slow down, storage limits may be reached, and messages may be returned to the sender. Old messages can be deleted, or moved to a different location, but at this point it then becomes difficult to search, and once deleted, what happens if you need to recall the contents of it in the future?
With our email archiving solution, your email can be archived before it even reaches your server. A copy of all email can be securely stored on our system which only you will have access to.
Should anything ever happen to your email, either it be a server failure, or even an office fire, all of your mail will still be available for you to see, safe and secure. The entire email archive can then be sent back down to the server again if required, giving you another backup strategy.
Alternatively if company policy requires all email to be stored internally, our other email archiving product will allow you to keep a copy of all email on any of your servers, with integration into Outlook for easy searching and retrieval. Due to it’s design and use of the MSSQL database, the maximum number of emails that can be archived becomes a thing of the past, and can be easily backed up to tape or other storage medium.
